Artifacts Check-out Procedure

Teachers in KRESA Distribution Area

( Kalamazoo, Barry, Branch, Calhoun, St. Joseph )

  1. Print two Inventory Pages to document the contents of the box upon receipt and return of the Curriculum Artifact Box. One page will be kept with the box, and the other will be kept at KRESA.
  2. Go to the KRESA Media Catalog Search web site, and indicate the number of the box you want to check out. Then use your client number and pass word to have the box delivered to your school, and then picked up in two weeks.
  3. If you do not know your client number contact KRESA at 269-250-9354, and one will be assigned to you.

Teachers outside of the KRESA Distribution Area

  1. Print two Inventory Pages to document the contents of the box upon receipt and return of the Curriculum Artifact Box. One page will be kept with the box, and the other will be kept at KRESA.
  2. Contact the media library at goverton@kresa.org or call 269-250-9354.
  3. When you contact the media library provide a client code number (e.g., 007221) and the title code of the box you want to check out.
